ZetaConsulting Srl, operating in the strategic consultancy sector with particular focus on the manufacturing, is looking for a resource to join its team

Place of work: Frosinone and  customer sites

Reference manager: Area Manager

The activities

• Carry out detailed analysis of industrial processes and any improvements in future
• Analyze the competitive positioning of a company, determining where necessary the degree of innovationobsolescence of the systems used, identifying any supporting investments
• Determine the needs for manpower, materials and systems with evidence of the economic situation
• Support the introduction of IT tools within corporate contexts
• Support the interfacing of IT tools with production plants, promoting the use of data detection technologies with an I4.0 perspective
• Create detailed Business Plans and Industrial Plans
• Create appropriate functional and technical documentation

The skills required

• Degree in Engineering, Economics or related subjects
• +3 years of previous experience in production contexts covering organizational / management roles aimed at optimizing industrial processes
• Good knowledge of topics relating to the main economic aspects that characterize a company
• Excellent knowledge of Office package
• Good knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of a second language (e.g. Spanish, French, German, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer oriented skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and flexibly if required
• Availability to travel for more or less prolonged periods both in Italy and abroad

• RAL to be defined based on the candidate's experience
