The industrial plan is a document that describes the management's competitive strategies, the actions that will be carried out to achieve the strategic goals and the expected results.
It is a fundamental document for:
- the Shareholders, in order to represent their entrepreneurial vision
- the management, in order to carry out the direction and control function of the Company
- the Company, in order to attract human and financial resources necessary for the implementation of the Plan.
GOALS
The industrial plan is part of the Company planning documents containing useful information for making decisions without incurring on errors or bad interpretations. It is the "compass" of the Company, allowing it to be guided in the right direction, to control the final results by comparing them with the expected ones and analyzing the deviations.
Its application must be conceived as a management tool, or rather as the reference to approach the various moments of Company life.
